Hello Happy Taxpayers!

It's a good thing you have opened this doc!

So it is a map for Marathon, you guessed it.
It has been made with the excellent map editor Pfhorte 1.0d18 from Steve Israelson, and it is my first map.
It is a map designed for solo only.
There is one level, Pfhoriasis. There is also a second level (Storm Pfhorcasting) but quite nothing in, it is just there to show you have succeeded the first level.
This second level is in fact the beginning of the next map I am working on these days. If you like this map, tell me, so I will work harder on the second one.
You should play it at the "normal" difficulty level, but it you want to try a higher difficulty game, well, it's your choice...:-)
I think it should be possible since, when you have practised a lot this map, you are over-armed at the end of the level, even if you did not found the secret room (Ooops! I wrote it or just thought?)
Bad news : no random objects. Empty is empty, no magic ammo apparitions.
Good news : no random aliens. Dead is dead!

It will work either with 68xxx or PowerMac (in fact I really do not understand why some maps are ok for PowerMac but crash on 68xxx. Does someone know why (and how to avoid it) ?)
There should be no bugs, I spend many hours to eliminate the known ones and to search the unknowns, but may be there are some small hidden ones...

There is a terminal somewhere but it is no necessary to use it : it just gives a small hint. Because I do not like too much patches, for the sake of simplicity, I write here the hint, and you may read it when you have reached the terminal (there is a pattern buffer just beside, so you may save your game, quit and read the hint, and back again to troubles)

(Yes, it is written backwards (Thanks to Quickeys) to prevent you from reading it accidentally)

I am interested in any comments for this map, if you use it, please e-mail me what you think of it (can we call this FeedbackWare?). Thanks.
